Very impressed with Mark and MFey Carpets. Popped into the shop on New Cheltenham Road a few weeks ago just looking for a quote for 2 bedroom carpets. Mark was in the shop and advised us on the best carpet, gave us a great price and moved a few things around to book us in at a time that suited us. Craig fitted both carpets to a really high standard and left both rooms very tidy. I highly recommend Mark and his team and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Absolutely recommend Mark! We contacted him about LVT and from the first call he was very helpful and provided all the necessary information about the product, information we did not receive anywhere else we enquired about LVT. Although super busy, he is always available, he will always make time for you even out of his working hours and he really cares about his business and the work he is doing. Plus he is very responsive and will always call you back!
We had an issue with the floors because the product was faulty and as the external company who sold him the product was taking too long to sort things out after being repetitively chased by Mark: we expressed our frustration and Mark acted straight away by replacing the floor with another product within a couple of days at no extra cost and making sure we were happy with the final result before leaving our house. Plus, he added a stair edge trim for free to compensate for the trouble and delay. This showed a lot of professionalism and excellent customer service. Thanks Mark!

We have so wanted to support local businesses since Covid and we have not been disappointed. From visit, measuring, advising and helping with picking a carpet Mark has been amazing. Our fitting day was perfect! Both Mark and Max were friendly, clean and worked so hard. Out end result is absolutely amazing. I have never had carpet so soft! We will be returning again and again!! Both Keely and yourself are amazing!
